Complete inventory of trees, shrubs and other vegetation, organised territorially. Individual record per element with a unique identifier: species, age, DBH, height, crown, health, pests and diseases, risk level, GPS coordinates, photos and full history. Configurable custom attributes.
Native GIS component — every element is shown on the map with no additional software. GPS georeferencing, configurable layers, thematic symbology by condition, risk or species, thematic maps and export to GeoJSON, Shapefile, GeoPackage and KML.
Field data capture and updates on Android and iOS, with geolocation and photo capture. Works offline in areas without coverage and syncs automatically on reconnection. Inspection forms completed in the field.
Planning and management of periodic and ad-hoc inspections, re-inspection intervals by category, zone or risk class, configurable risk-assessment methodologies, and flagging of elements needing urgent intervention.
Generation, planning and tracking of maintenance works, with work orders in traceable states (issued → in progress → completed → verified), linked to locations, teams, contractors, deadlines and costs, plus recurring works and history.
Recording and tracking of reports and complaints, linked to inventoried elements, inspections and works, across a full workflow: report → analysis → finding → intervention → closure.
Standard and configurable reports on inventory, element condition, risks, works and reports, dashboards with summary indicators, and export to PDF, Excel and GIS formats.
Unlimited accounts with granular roles and permissions, secure authentication, action logging and change traceability, encryption in transit and at rest, hosting in the European Union.
S.C. WEBPINA S.R.L. is a Romanian software company (NACE 6201) and the producer of Verdeka. Development, usage rights, hosting, configuration, implementation, training, technical support and maintenance are all provided in-house, with full access to the source code — so fixes and functional adaptations do not depend on a third-party licence vendor.
The platform is delivered as a cloud service (SaaS) with data residency in the European Union, automated periodic backups and tested restore procedures. No hardware or software infrastructure is required on the customer's premises.
